An Indoor Bridal Photoshoot!

Backstory – this was supposedly an outdoor bridal styled shoot but nature had some other plans. It decided to pour down torrential rains as if we angered the heavens. It was a fine sunny day that turned into a blistering storm that flooded our garage into a mud pool in a matter of minutes. At first, we went to our outdoor location which was near to our house hoping it was just a passing rain but to our dismay, it got stronger.

So we decided to shoot in our garage but then in a matter of minutes, water was coming in and rising fast almost swallowing our knees while we were still shooting. We had Dianne kind of curled up from the bamboo sofa chair and an assistant was holding still some of the props. I was worried about the wires from my light setup that we decided to stop and transfer inside the house (our house was 5 steps higher from the garage floor) and finish the photo set in our living room.
